Terms of Service
Last updated: August 25, 2026
These Terms of Service govern your use of the Return 2 Sinus website and your registration for and participation in our CPR, AED, and First Aid training. Please read them carefully. By using this site or registering for a class, you agree to these terms.
1. Who we are
Return 2 Sinus provides CPR, AED, and First Aid training along with related educational materials. In these terms, “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Return 2 Sinus. “You” refers to the person using this site or attending a class. You can reach us at (419) 467-3312, at info@return2sinus.com, or by mail at 5810 Southwyck Blvd, Suite 100, Toledo, OH 43614.
2. Acceptance of these terms
By accessing this website, submitting a form, requesting materials, or registering for training, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or that a parent or legal guardian has agreed to these terms on your behalf, and that you accept these terms in full. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or register for a class.
3. Training services and certification
We offer instructor-led training in CPR, AED use, and First Aid. Course content, duration, and any certification issued follow the standards of the certifying organization associated with that course. Successful completion, including any required skills check, is necessary before a course completion card or certificate is issued. We do not guarantee that a particular employer, school, licensing board, or agency will accept a given certification, so please confirm that a course meets your requirements before you register.
4. Registration, pricing, and payment
Prices, class dates, locations, and availability may change until your registration is confirmed. Some classes are booked by phone or email, and online registration and payment may be added to this site in the future. When online payment is available, it will be handled by a third-party payment processor, and your seat is reserved only once payment or an approved purchase order is received. All fees are stated in U.S. dollars and do not include taxes unless noted.
5. Cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds
If you need to cancel or reschedule, contact us as early as you can. Unless a different policy is stated for a specific class:
- Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the class start time may be refunded or credited toward a future class.
- Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the class start time, and no-shows, are not refundable, although we may offer a credit at our discretion.
- If we cancel or reschedule a class, you may choose a full refund or a seat in a later class.
- Group training and on-site training may carry separate deposit and cancellation terms, which we will provide in writing before booking.
6. Attendance, conduct, and physical participation
Hands-on training involves physical activity such as kneeling, bending, and performing chest compressions on a manikin. You are responsible for deciding whether you are able to participate, and you should consult your own healthcare provider if you have any concern. Please tell your instructor before class begins about anything that may affect your participation, and we will do our best to accommodate you.
We ask that participants arrive on time, follow instructor direction, and treat other participants and the equipment with respect. We may remove a participant who is disruptive, impaired, or unsafe, without a refund.
7. Free eBooks and downloadable materials
Any eBook, handout, checklist, or other material we provide at no cost is for your personal, noncommercial reference. You may print it and share it in its original, unmodified form. You may not sell it, present it as your own, or use it as course material for training you deliver, without our written permission.
8. Emails and messages
If you give us your email address or phone number, you agree that we may contact you about the material you requested, your class registration, schedule changes, and related updates. Marketing emails include an unsubscribe link and you may opt out at any time. Message and data rates may apply to text messages.
9. Acceptable use of this site
You agree not to misuse this site. That includes attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with the site or its security, scraping content in bulk, uploading harmful code, submitting false information, and using the site for any unlawful purpose.
10. Intellectual property
The Return 2 Sinus name, logo, site design, text, images, and materials on this site are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark law. Course content produced by a certifying organization remains the property of that organization. You may not reproduce or distribute this material commercially without written permission.
11. Links to other sites
This site may link to third-party websites and resources. Those links are provided for convenience. We do not control or endorse their content and we are not responsible for it.
12. Training, not medical advice
Our classes, this website, and our materials are for education and training. They are not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and they do not replace the judgment of a licensed healthcare professional or the direction of emergency personnel. In an emergency, call 911. Training improves preparedness, and no course can guarantee an outcome in a real emergency.
13. Assumption of risk and release
You acknowledge that participation in hands-on training carries some risk of injury. To the fullest extent permitted by Ohio law, you accept that risk and release Return 2 Sinus, its instructors, and its staff from claims for injury or loss arising from your participation, except where the injury results from gross negligence or willful misconduct. Some classes may require you to sign a separate participation and waiver form.
14. Disclaimer of warranties
This website and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and noninfringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, secure, or free of errors.
15. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Return 2 Sinus and its owners, instructors, and staff will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or lost data, arising out of your use of this site or our services. Our total liability for any claim relating to a class will not exceed the amount you paid for that class.
16. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Return 2 Sinus from any claim, loss, or expense, including reasonable attorney fees, arising from your violation of these terms or your misuse of this site or our materials.
17. Privacy
Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
18. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they were last revised, and the version posted here is the one that applies. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
19. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Lucas County, Ohio, and you consent to that jurisdiction.
20. Severability and entire agreement
If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. These terms, together with any class-specific policy or waiver you sign, form the entire agreement between you and Return 2 Sinus regarding this site and our training.
