Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 25, 2026
Return 2 Sinus respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through our website and our training programs, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have.
1. Who this policy covers
This policy applies to information collected through this website, through forms you submit here, through email and phone contact with us, and in connection with our CPR, AED, and First Aid classes. Return 2 Sinus is the party responsible for that information. You can reach us at (419) 467-3312, at info@return2sinus.com, or at 5810 Southwyck Blvd, Suite 100, Toledo, OH 43614.
2. Information we collect
Information you give us
- Contact details such as your name, email address, phone number, and mailing address.
- Class registration details such as the course you selected, the date, your employer or organization if training is sponsored, and any accommodation you tell us you need.
- Information you enter when you request a free eBook or other material, or when you send us a message through a contact form.
- Certification details such as course completion, skills check results, and card or certificate numbers.
Information collected automatically
- Standard web log data such as IP address, browser type, device type, referring page, pages viewed, and the date and time of your visit.
- Information from cookies and similar technologies, described in section 4.
Information we do not collect
We do not ask for or store sensitive health records. If you tell an instructor about a physical limitation so we can accommodate you, that information is used only for that purpose. We also do not store full payment card numbers, as explained in section 7.
3. How we use your information
- To register you for a class, confirm your seat, and send schedule or location updates.
- To deliver the eBooks, guides, or other materials you request.
- To issue and verify course completion cards and certificates.
- To answer your questions and provide customer support.
- To send occasional news, class announcements, and offers, when you have not opted out.
- To operate, secure, and improve our website.
- To meet legal, tax, accreditation, and recordkeeping obligations.
4. Cookies and similar technologies
Our website uses cookies and similar technologies to keep the site working properly, remember preferences, and understand how the site is used so we can improve it. Some cookies are set by third-party services such as our hosting provider, our website platform, and analytics or social media tools.
You can control cookies through your browser settings, including blocking or deleting them. If you block certain cookies, parts of the site may not work as expected.
5. Email and your choices
If you give us your email address, we may send you the material you asked for along with class information and occasional updates. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can also ask us to remove you by emailing info@return2sinus.com. We will still send transactional messages that relate to a class you registered for, such as a confirmation or a schedule change.
6. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only in these situations:
- Service providers. Companies that host our website, deliver our email, process payments, or provide scheduling and analytics tools, acting on our instructions.
- Certifying organizations. When a course leads to a certification, we may share the information needed to issue and register your card or certificate.
- Employers and sponsors. If your employer, school, or organization arranged and paid for your training, we may confirm your attendance and completion to them.
- Legal reasons. When required by law, subpoena, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Return 2 Sinus, our participants, or the public.
- Business transfer. If the business is sold or reorganized, information may transfer as part of that transaction.
7. Payment information
Where payment is taken, it is processed by a third-party payment processor. Card details are submitted directly to that processor and are handled under its own privacy and security practices. We receive confirmation of the transaction and limited details such as the last four digits of the card, and we do not store full card numbers on our systems.
8. How long we keep information
We keep contact and registration information for as long as needed to provide our services and to satisfy legal, tax, and certification recordkeeping requirements. Certification records may be kept for the life of the certification and for a reasonable period afterward so that a card can be verified or replaced. When information is no longer needed, we delete it or remove identifying details.
9. Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect the information we hold, including secure hosting, encrypted connections for form submissions, and limited staff access. No website or method of transmission is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. If you believe your information has been compromised, please contact us right away.
10. Your privacy rights
You may ask us to:
- Confirm what personal information we hold about you and provide a copy of it.
- Correct information that is inaccurate or incomplete.
- Delete information, where we are not required to keep it for legal or certification reasons.
- Stop sending you marketing messages.
Send requests to info@return2sinus.com and we will respond within a reasonable time. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request. Residents of states with specific privacy laws, including California, have these rights under those laws and will not be treated differently for exercising them.
11. Children’s privacy
This website is intended for adults and we do not knowingly collect personal information online from children under 13. Minors may attend our classes when a parent, legal guardian, school, or organization enrolls them and provides the required consent. If you believe a child has given us information directly, contact us and we will delete it.
12. Do Not Track
Some browsers send a Do Not Track signal. There is no common standard for how sites should respond, so our site does not currently change its behavior in response to those signals. You can still manage cookies through your browser as described in section 4.
13. Links to other sites
Our site may link to other websites, including social media pages and certifying organizations. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those sites, and we encourage you to read their policies.
14. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our services or the law change. The date at the top shows when it was last revised. If a change is significant, we will make that clear on this page. Continuing to use the site after an update means you accept the revised policy.
