Why Get Certified
The Person You Save Is Probably Someone You Know
More than 350,000 cardiac arrests happen outside a hospital every year in the United States, and nearly three quarters of them happen in a home. Statistically, the person on the floor in front of you is family, a neighbor, or a friend, and you are the only one there.
Only about four in ten victims get CPR from a bystander before EMS arrives.
Starting CPR right away doubles or triples a person’s chance of surviving.
Survival to hospital discharge sits around nine percent nationally. Bystander action is most of what moves it.
Choking, severe bleeding, and allergic reactions all move faster than an ambulance can.
You don’t need a medical background. You need one class and a manikin.
The card is good for two years, and refreshing it is quick.
Most people don’t freeze because they don’t care. They freeze because they’ve never practiced.
Reading about compressions is not the same as feeling how hard you actually have to push. Our classes are hands-on from the first minute. You work on a manikin, you handle an AED trainer, and you make your mistakes in a room where they cost nothing.
Who Takes This Class

Training Programs
One System. Three Essential Skills.
One class covers all three, for adults, children, and infants. Everyone walks out certified in CPR, AED, and First Aid.
CPR
Chest compressions and rescue breathing for adults, children, and infants. You practice on a manikin until the depth and the rhythm stop feeling like something you have to think about.
AED
How to open the case, place the pads, and let the machine do its job. Most people have walked past a dozen defibrillators and never opened one.
First Aid
Choking, severe bleeding, burns, sprains, seizures, and allergic reactions. These are the emergencies that actually show up at home, at practice, and at work.
Your Certification
A Credential You’re Proud to Carry.
Every Return 2 Sinus certification comes with a digital card built to look like the professional credential it is, not a slip of paper you lose in a drawer.
A Digital Card
Issued digitally with your name, your certification, and your dates. Pull it up on your phone, send it straight to an employer, or print your own copy for your wallet.
Verifiable
Your certification can be confirmed as real and current, so nobody has to take your word for it.
Two-Year Cycle
The standard cycle for CPR and First Aid. We reach out before yours lapses so it does not catch you off guard.

Questions We Get
Before You Register
Do I need any medical background?
None at all. Most people in the room have never done this before, and the class is built for exactly that.
My job or school requires a specific certification. Will this count?
Send us the exact wording your employer or program gave you and we will confirm the fit before you register.
How long does a class take?
One session covers CPR, AED, and First Aid. Call Chuck and he will give you the exact timing for your date.
What if I can’t do the physical parts?
Let us know in advance what you are working with and we will talk through your options before class day.
How long is my card good for?
Two years is the standard cycle for CPR and First Aid.
Can I bring my family or a group of friends?
Please do. If the group is big enough, give us a call, because a private session may make more sense than individual seats.
